Yeah, this working was what I meant by it's been fixed... so this is a
different bug now.

Thanks, I can see this and know what the problem is... but it's gonna
take a bit to get the fix.

No, it just means that I sent the email late at night and typed the
wrong location. /usr/bin/quartz-wm is correct.

Yes. They're both reporting 1.0.0. It'll only get bumped in version
on "real" releases.
