Jeremy,
I think I may have run into a glitch with the
x86_64 support in X11 on 2.4.0-rc2. The new
rasmol package in fink unstable now builds under
x86_64 fink. When I execute the resulting rasmol
binary, I get...

whereas the 8-bit version produces...

This occurs on a MacBook Pro with Radeon X1600.
Interestingly, on a 2008 MacPro with Radeon
HD2600, both x86_64 binaries (rasmol 32-bit
and rasmol 8-bit) run fine but show ...
[24-bit version]
when run. There is no problem running the
i386 fink versions of either package under Xorg
2.4.0-rc2. Thanks in advance for looking at this
if you get a chance.
Jack
