I did this - no difference, same behavior

same behavior :-( no matter if I created .xinitrc.d or not - interestingly, 
even with .xinitrc.d - no kde program would start on the test account though 
it does it on my one (even without .xinitrc.d) I did disable PB on the test 
account - no difference :-(

they don't exist :-)
