[Xquartz-dev] crazy CPU

Jeremy,

I did some testing, it seems I found the bad apple :-) I have compiled a 
version apple19 with all patches except

0012-XQuartz-Only-send-mouse-events-while-in-the-backgro.patch

everything works fine - if I add #0012 then X11 is back to its strange 
behavior of getting crazy.
