[Xquartz-dev] Xcode 3.1.3 issues?

Oh, 3.1.3 was released?  Well that's good news.  The .la files in 3.1.3 
should fix the .la files for users of the "Apple-only" X11.

As far as "needing" to reinstall... I don't think you *need* to, but you 
probably should since the headers included in xcode are older than those 
provided in our update.
