[Xquartz-dev] problem with X11 lockfiles in /tmp

I'm using a different window manager (e16) but everything else is  
standard. Xquartz 2.5.1, MacOS 10.5.8.

The window manager isn't supposed to remove the lockfile, right? Isn't  
that supposed to be done with xinit?

Tying to figure out what to look for.

So it happens with quartz-wm too, probably not related to my  
alternative wm.

Tom, which OS version? What do our setups have in common that others  
don't have?
