[Xquartz-dev] XQuartz 2.8.0 status

thank you for your input !
with XCode12 installed on M1 can I :

*export* CC=/usr/bin/clang

*export* SDKROOT=/path/to/MacOSX10.9.sdk


and produce binaries that will run on 10.9?
