I'm attaching an updated portfile. It deletes bin/ctags and share/man/man1/ctags.1 in post-destroot, which conflict with Exuberant ctags (it's still installed as etags), and it removes the included patches, which don't seem to be necessary to make it build and run, and I'm not sure if they're applicable anymore anyway.
