It should not remove /Library/LaunchDaemons. Reproduce: Install a one more more ports that include a launchd plist that gets linked into /Library/LaunchDaemons - apache2 and postgresql90-server will work. Uninstall the port or ports. Version 1.9.2 got installed anyway, but perhaps the installation is incomplete. Note also the svn warnings. When I run svn manually, I get no such warnings.
