#32712: Python_select has been depreciated breaks install from mpkg or mdmg ---------------------------------+------------------------------------------ Reporter: eric@… | Owner: macports-tickets@… Type: defect | Status: new Priority: High | Milestone: Component: ports | Version: 2.0.3 Keywords: | Port: ---------------------------------+------------------------------------------ I use the -mpkg with the port command to create binary installers that users without macports can then install. Previously they have been able to use python_select to choose between python versions. Now this has become a part of the port command they are unable to do this without installing macports.
