[CalendarServer-dev] WEBCAL???

hello,

i have  a calenderserver version -2.4 from apple running on a linux squeeze box 
and 

i want to know if is possible to enable WEBCAL(on caldav: when i click at the 
link http://example.com:8008/webcal it is shown the 

error:404 Not found..) and what it does?
I wanted to ask also if there is a web php calendar client that supports caldav.
