On an OS X Server, our directory layout is:

		Attachments/		[aka AttachmentsRoot]
		Documents/		[aka DocumentRoot]
			.calendarserver_version
		augments.xml
		mailgatewaytokens.sqlite
		memberships_cache
		proxies.sqlite
		resources.xml
