[CalendarServer-dev] Changes to tool paths in trunk; now using pip and virtualenv

Hi all,

This is just courtesy notice about some changes made in trunk recently. We’re now using pip and virtualenv to resolve Python dependencies (see bin/install_pip if needed). Also, some of the script paths and usage have changed (moved into the ‘bin’ directory).
