[CalendarServer-users] Update to "Help, I broke my Calendar server and now I can't subscribe"

I recently got back to try this again; I updated everything again by  
running ./run -f. The problem continued. I then looked at the  
configuration files again and tried replacing my copy of caldavd- 
dev.plist with the latest caldavd-test.plist. Things appear to work  
again.

This may mean that ticket 134 can be closed.
