None of these are things that you need to interact with directly. The only way you'll learn the difference between implementation details and spec'd behavior is by actually reading the various specs, and then reading the icalserver source code. There should be no need to do either of these things in order to use the service.

Inbox is what it sounds like; the place where new items arrive. Documented here:
http://tools.ietf.org/html/draft-desruisseaux-caldav-sched-09#section-4.2

Not sure why there's an inbox at the top level, though… the inbox inside a user's calendar home is the one that receives new items for that user.

As you noted, iSchedule is used for server-to-server scheduling using the iSchedule protocol, (not the same as iMIP). This is an experimental feature, and should not be used for production purposes. The documentation for this was missing from our docs page, so I added it at the bottom of: https://trac.calendarserver.org/wiki/docs-trunk

(DRAFT) Internet Calendar Scheduling Protocol (iSchedule)

Webcal is a feature of Mac OS X Server, and is not available in the open source distribution. The Mac OS X Server web calendar (integrated as part of the Wiki service) allows users to do calendaring operations using a web browser.
