[CalendarServer-users] "list index out of range" error on previously functioning caldavd installation

One other thing - shut down the server and make sure when you do that that 
all instances of the memcached server are shut down as well. Then restart 
the calendar server. Sometimes the error you saw can happen if memcached is 
left running but the database is reset.
