[libdispatch-dev] libkqueue updates

A couple of quick updates about libkqueue:

  * Version 0.1 has been released.

  * Most of the problems with EVFILT_VNODE have been solved.

  * There is now a "stable" Subversion branch that will only contain
    release-quality code.

  * There are now two libkqueue mailing lists: one for announcements, and 
one for general discussion.
