OpenCoarrays PortFile submitted

MacPorts developers,

Could someone please provide advice about getting the Portfile that has been submitted for OpenCoarrays (www.opencoarrays.org) included in Macports?  Alessandro Fanfarillo submitted this port several weeks ago and I believe we responded to all questions and concerns on the related ticket 47806 (https://trac.macports.org/ticket/47806), but have not been able to get a reply for the past two weeks.
