Comment:

 I'm not sure it's necessary for svnmucc to be installed somewhere in $PATH
 (and I'm reluctant to move it as we'll need a revision bump that will
 force everyone to rebuild _and_ it could break anyone who has scripted
 things expecting it to be in that location).

 Would it be OK with you if I make these changes with the next upstream
 subversion release?
