Comment (by raimue at macports.org):

 In 1.4.x, mucc was at `/opt/local/bin/mucc`, so I was expecting svnmucc to
 be at `/opt/local/bin/svnmucc`. Subdirectories in /opt/local/bin are not
 common, and svnmucc can only be used if it is in $PATH.

 I have no objections to fix it with the next release. I would have
 provided a patch if it were urgent ;-)
