[MacRuby-devel] new testing version available

I got a bug report which was about bad permissions in the /Developer/ 
Examples/Ruby/MacRuby directory, and resulted in build errors, if your  
Xcode is configured to build projects into a build directory inside  
them.

I fixed that and uploaded a new installer.
