[SmartcardServices-Users] Installer for OS X 10.11 crashes

[Maurice McNeil]

1) Ran installer, it crashed
2) checked Library/Security/Token and it appears all are up to date - see attachment
3) rebooted
4) Keychain now sees card and all works normally
