[SmartcardServices-Users] Mac OS High Sierra installer?

I don't see an Installer for "High Sierra".  When I tried opening the
"Sierra" zip it said...

*“Smart Card Services 2.1.2 [OSX 10.12]” is damaged and can’t be opened.
You should move it to the Trash."*
