[Xquartz-dev] Renamed hw/darwin

I renamed hw/darwin as 'xquartz' to more accurately describe it.  I  
also flattened quartz into darwin but left xpr since we might want to  
just swap that with composite at some point and having that directory  
division will hopefully make that easier.
