[Xquartz-dev] X11 2.2.0_rc5 (and hopefully final)

Ok, I've rolled together a new release candidate (rc5) for 2.2.0 which  
includes the following changes over rc4:

Fixed ids of Mesa libs.
Added Martin's secure tty patch to luit
Clicking on the dock icon now brings all windows to the front
xterm doesn't hide the mouse pointer when you start typing

There are no known blockers, so please give this a whirl and report  
back.  If I don't hear anything bad, I'll release it as 2.2.0 tomorrow.
