Ah, never mind. These messages seem to arrive out of order. I jumped
the gun and said I didn't receive your response because your message
to Jeremy quoting it had arrived earlier.

So you reproduce it by wating 3 minutes. It looks like I have to wait
for days; the first time it occurred it had been active for several
days, then I took an 8-hour walk and left it alone, and when I came
home, it was burning.
