Well... whatever the problem is, it's on your end.  I see the  in  
your mail just fine.

As mentioned before, that's probably because blackbox is placing it at  
a location that's at the bottom of the screen, and since entering  
fullscreen shrinks the "screen" by the height of the menubar, it's now  
offscreen.  Hopefully RandR will fix that when it gets added.

What do you mean "leaking"?

Well, that sounds like expected behavior to me...  If you want Desktop  
Manager to not appear, then disable that in its preferences.

Yes.  See my explaination above for why that is happening.
