[Xquartz-dev] 2.3.1_rc4

Freakin' PackageMaker.app!  RRR!

It takes me an hour to upload the package from my "fast" connection  
here in the UK.  I'll fix the package and release rc5 tonight.

I've removed rc4 from the servers.
