[Xquartz-dev] How to suppress .xinitrc warning dialog?

I am creating a pkg installer which includes a custom ~/.xinitrc file on the target machine. On the first run of XQuartz (or if the plist is deleted) XQuartz throws a warning dialog asking if the .xinitrc file should be moved aside. Is there a way I can suppress this warning dialog? Is there a 'defaults write' command I can execute in the installer to take care of this?
