[Xquartz-dev] xquartz problem with ros

GLX was updated quite a bit from X11.app to XQuartz.app.  This looks like your application is requesting a visual that isn't available on the server, and is continuing to execute despite the returned error.

I'm curious what it is requesting.  Is this a free application?  Where can I get it?
