[Xquartz-dev] X11 windows drag bar missing with Xquartz 2.6.2

I am having trouble with a gtk-sharp2 application and fullscreen with
2.6.2 (similar to the way it worked a long time ago) and have been
trying to put together a simple way to reproduce it. But this
quartz-wm build fixes it.
