[darwinbuild] Re: chroot environment

After some fudging of root files and versions, I was able to build gcc
in chroot using the 7U16 plist.  All the others (7H63, 7R28, 7S15) had
compilation issues.   At least I know my process will work.  If only I
could get plist 8A428 to chroot.
