[launchd-dev] can i do this with launchd? (on-demand auto-restart daemons)

my concern is if i want to write a CLI UI in addition to the GUI, then  
the CLI cant maintain an open TCP connection.

i may just have the agent run at login and just not do anything. this  
simplifies things a lot cause then i just have to make a plist file.
